We can offer preconstruction advice to help discharge planning conditions from; developing all-inclusive  Construction Stage Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), Environmental Impacts & Aspects Registers, Site waste management Plans, Water monitoring plans,  environmental emergency response plans and other standalone plans required for your project. We can also support you through Stakeholder engagement and consultation.

With carbon management and reporting becoming increasingly demanded by clients we can provide support in developing carbon management plans,  carbon reduction programs and carbon reporting required under Procurement Policy Note 06/21. We can calculate your Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions to promote your carbon reduction strategies to existing and prospective clients.

We have extensive experience in developing Construction site licence applications, including construction phase SuDs Plans and can apply and consult with SEPA to obtain licences. We offer help develop and obtain registrations required under  The Controlled Activities Regulations. We can also provide support and guidance on obtaining waste exemptions under Paragraphs 7, 9 & 19.
