What we do
Having established our careers working for companies that deliver projects we understand the challenges faced in the market. We also understand the importance of tactical negotiation during pre-construction and through to post-construction. Our range of expertise’s cover all the support functions required to complete construction activities and achieve desired outcomes.
In order to complete work, you must first get work. Our services provide the back-up you need to make your tender submissions stand out whilst ensuring you are aware of the risks been taken. We can provide training on bid writing, advise on how best to demonstrate your companies’ capabilities and aid with contract negotiation to get the risk where it can be best managed.
With on-going support available throughout the construction phase of a project we can ensure you protect your entitlements and manage any risks.
The processes we put in place aim to streamline claim management and provide the back-up needed to substantiate your claims. We believe that a negotiated agreement is always the best outcome. Should the unfortunate happen our team have broad experience in both adjudication and mediation.
